Arrangement on EU Studies
1. Type of Courses
The type of course concerned
with European study is various. It consists of courses for undergraduate
student, which is included in the whole teaching plan at the university
level, and courses for postgraduate student. 3 or 4 courses taught
basically in Chinese are open for the students from undergraduate
to doctor every semester (Please refer to the course outline offered
by Lu Zhian、Cheng
Zhiming、Dai
Bingran、Chen
Yugang、Hu
Ronghua for contents of some courses). In addition, there are
also some intensive courses such as collaborative seminars given
by visiting professors both from home and abroad.

Attributes of the Courses
The
courses for European Union study is multidisciplinary, covering
economy、politics、law、international
relationship、international trade、international finance and money
etc. Center for European Study offers a platform for mutual reference
with other colleges on the textbook usage as well as teaching
exchanges such as inviting professors from School of Law, Department
of International Politics to give lectures for the students from
the Center.

Development
plan
For many reasons such as financing and human resource, the Center
for European Study has not yet opened long-distance teaching and
alumni website. However, to initiate the internet education remains
as one of our key development objectives with the purpose to facilitate
the students who are interested in EU topics but do not have access
to the corresponding courses to devote to this domain.
